Am I wasting my time by attaining my degree online?

I am attending online schools, American Intercontinental University online (AIU online) with the intention to attain a MBA. I have also completed my bachelor’s degree through the same institution, that is accredited regionally by North Central association of Colleges which also accredits Ohio State University and many other major Universities.
The reason i do go to schools online is, I am active duty military, and my time is very limited for me to go to a ground campus.
Is it a waste of time and money? I do not plan on getting out of the military, but I still wonder if I am wasting my time going to school online.

AIU is a proprietary school. This means that it is a for-profit school. Whether they are regionally accredited or not, proprietary schools are usually given little, if any, respect by most other universities and employers. If you can transfer your credits to a non-profit university which offers the program you want, try to do that. The online MBA program at the University of Maryland is one of the best in the country. Look it up on line. Even with out of state tuition, it may be less expensive than what you are now paying.
