What colleges should someone apply to for a Biology undergrad degree?

Colleges in the Massachusetts area are a plus.
Tuition, scholarships, and financial aid are important.
It would be nice if the colleges also had a good computer science or engineering department as well for a possible minor or change in degree.

While the top four biology schools are the California Institute of Technology, the University of California – Berkeley, the University of California – San Diego, and Yale, the only school that offers both strong computer science and engineering is UC Berkeley. Computer Science is a top field at Berkeley and its Bay Area counterpart, Stanford, partially due to Silicon Valley being an hour south of campus. Both Bay Area schools feed directly into the computer science haven. Berkeley’s undergraduate engineering program is consistently ranked in the top-3 in the nation by US News and World Report Rankings.
