Do the children of Georgia teachers go to state Colleges for free?

I once had a friend tell me that the children of Georgia teachers are given free tuition to a Georgia state university/college upon graduation from a public high school. Is this correct? I live and teach in Ohio but am considering a move to Georgia and was just curious.
