should i give up the dream on going 2 any of the top-20 US Colleges?
since im really poor sub-25K family income i can’t pay a single dollar towards college my parents have bad credit and our house may be foreclosed. i think im just going 2 settle 2 my local public university nevada reno, not that its a bad school but i’d like better
currently i just finished my sophomore year and heading toward my junior year

Actually, almost all of the Top 20 Colleges give out very generous aid packages. The notable exception is Berkeley, but Berkeley is unique because it’s the only public (in-state vs. out-of-state tuition) in the Top 20.
Schools I can think of off the top of my head that would give you a full scholarship because of your sub-25k income would be Harvard, Stanford, Rice and I’m pretty sure there are a few more. With your really low family income, you should receive incredibly generous financial aid packages, so much so that it might actually be cheaper to attend the “expensive” private than to go to Nevada-Reno. Basically, don’t let the sticker price of a college discourage you from applying because most of the time, the sticker price is vastly greater than the price you actually pay to attend XYZ College.
