You have to go through 4 years of undergrad first and pick a major like biology or chemistry that will help prepare you for medical school.
then you must apply and be accepted into medical school you will then start to focus on specialties. After 4 years of med school you become a intern at a hospital, then a 3 year resident, then you become a doctor and can start practicing urology.
